Tamaki Law of Central Washington

Blaine Tamaki Richard L. Gierth fights for the rights of injured people throughout Washington State. Since joining Tamaki Law Offices in 2004, Mr. Gierth has focused his practice on personal injury, auto collision cases, wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith. He heads the Tri-Cities office in Kennewick for the law firm.

Mr. Gierth received his Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law . He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Lewis-Clark State College (summa cum laude) and a Business Administration degree from Washington State University (cum laude).

Mr. Gierth is admitted to practice in all Washington State courts, the United States District Court of Eastern Washington, and the Yakama Nation Tribal Court. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Benton / Franklin County Bar Association, the Yakima County Bar Association, and is an active Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ).

When not practicing law, Mr. Gierth enjoys playing golf, hiking, and reading. He's an avid antique collector and never passes up an opportunity to browse through an antique shop.
