For the last decade, Bryan Smith has dedicated his law practice to protecting the rights of the injured and their families. Mr. Smith has handled cases throughout the state of Washington, as well as Oregon, Idaho, California, Nevada and Hawaii. As a partner at the firm, his practice focuses on the cases involving automobile collisions, medical malpractice, government negligence, sexual abuse, insurance bad faith and injuries occurring on Indian reservations. He has worked extensively on tribal court cases against insurance companies and has a string of successes on complex insurance coverage issues in state and federal courts. He has also successfully litigated complex medical malpractice cases to record-breaking recoveries throughout the state.Mr. Smith's free time is centered around his family and his hobbies, which include playing guitar, traveling and volunteering in the community. His volunteer efforts include volunteering with the Selah School district, Toys for Tots, and an Easter basket program for homeless children.
